Project Management  

Dedicated project management is assigned on a case-by-case basis determined by project size and complexity. Often, an experienced sales representative will choose to manage his or her own projects. This gives the client seamless contact with the company and allows the sales rep to maintain complete control over the project and team, a major benefit to CFI clients.

In more complex cases, a separate project manager might be assigned to the project. This lends more on-site or design experience to the table, and can diversify the workload on an especially large job. CFI's project management talent is pulled from the ranks of the inside support staff, both from the CAD and Resource Group and from the Sales Coordination Group.

Each CFI client experiences a team servicing their project that collectively employs varied talents and overall expertise that ensures all goals for the management of the project – from start to finish - is met.
